Arif Rather, PhD
Postdoctoral Fellow
Arif is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the lab, developing and training deep learning models to investigate the regulatory dynamics of the non-coding genome. He received his PhD in Computer Science from the University of Kashmir, with doctoral research focused on developing machine learning models for omics data analysis for disease subtyping. His broader research interests span machine learning and computational genomics, with an emphasis on understanding gene regulation and disease biology.
